Q - How many stems are in each bouquet?
Each arrangement is a little different; small bouquets have between 12 and 20 stems, and large bouquets have between 25-40 stems.
Q- When will my bouquets be delivered?
Deliveries are contactless and typically happen on Wednesday mornings. You will receive exact details of your delivery schedule when you sign up. If the schedule ever needs to shift, we’ll let you know ahead of time so there are no surprises.
Q- How will my bouquets be delivered?
Your bouquet will be gently wrapped in kraft paper and placed in a water-filled container right on your porch. When the next delivery comes around, just set the container back out so we may reuse it.
Q- What happens if I forget to put out my container?
Don’t worry—we’ll leave your flowers in a simple paper cup of water so they’ll stay fresh until you can get them inside.
Q- Are the flowers grown locally?
Whenever the season allows, we source from local farmers here in the Pacific Northwest. It keeps things sustainable, and connected to our community.
Q: What if I’m not home on delivery day?
If you’ll be away, you’re welcome to gift your bouquet to a neighbor or friend. Just let us know their details in advance, and we’ll happily deliver it to them instead. (Please note we can’t be responsible for bouquets left unattended on your porch.)
Q- How can I cancel?
You can cancel anytime by going to your account membership page here.
