Membership Overview
By joining Hummingale, you’ll receive fresh bouquets delivered to your door, either once or twice a month.
Delivery Schedule
Standard deliveries occur on Wednesdays; the exact details of your delivery schedule will be outlined in your welcome email.
Bouquets are delivered via door drop-off to the address provided at sign-up.
Occasionally, delivery dates may shift due to holidays or scheduling conflicts. Members will be notified in advance of any adjustments.
Membership Commitment & Cancellations
Memberships are billed once per month for monthly customers and every two weeks for those who opted for twice-monthly deliveries.
Cancellations take effect immediately, with billing and delivery ending immediately. Canceling a subscription cannot be undone. If you want to temporarily stop receiving orders, then you can pause your subscription.
As a courtesy, please cancel at least 3 days before your scheduled delivery date.
Other Terms
Delivery is limited to addresses within our designated service area.
If you will be away on a delivery date, you may arrange to gift your bouquet to a friend or neighbor by notifying us in advance with their delivery details.
We are not responsible for bouquets left unattended after front door delivery.
Pet Safety: Some flowers and greenery can be harmful if ingested by animals. It is the member’s responsibility to keep bouquets out of reach of pets. We are not liable for any illness or injury to pets resulting from contact with or ingestion of delivered bouquets.
